Suction Cups Preparation Guide
To ensure the best functionality of suction cups, it is a MUST to follow the prescribed two-step procedure outlined below and in the instructions (backside of packaging). Failure to follow these steps may result in the suction cups losing their grip:
- Surface Preparation: Before applying the suction cups, thoroughly clean and wipe the surface of the window. The presence of any film, dust, or particles can compromise the vacuum effect of the suction cups.
- Hot Water Treatment: Put the suction cups in hot water for a duration of 2 minutes and ensure thorough drying before use. This step serves a dual purpose: it effectively removes any residual dust on the suction cups, and the application of heat softens the material, facilitating a secure seal on the window surface. This, in turn, enhances the suction force, preventing any potential failure in proper functionality.
